2.2 Any additional services requested during the job will incur extra charges, which will be communicated to the customer and agreed upon before proceeding.

2.3 The customer must provide clear access to the premises for our team to perform the services efficiently and safely.

2.4 The customer is responsible for ensuring that items for removal are accessible and ready for pickup at the agreed-upon time.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3.2 We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic payments.

3.3 Failure to make payment may result in additional charges and legal action to recover outstanding balances.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

4.1 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

4.2 The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or equipment failure.

5. Liability and Insurance

5.1 While every effort is made to handle items with care, the Company is not liable for any damage to property during the removal process.

5.2 The Company maintains liability insurance to cover damages caused by our employees during the provision of services.

6. Environmental Responsibility

6.1 The Company is committed to environmentally responsible disposal practices and will dispose of waste in accordance with local regulations.

6.2 Hazardous materials, including chemicals, asbestos, and biological waste, will not be accepted for removal.

7. Customer Satisfaction

7.1 We strive to provide excellent service to our customers. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

7.2 Refunds or discounts may be offered at the discretion of the Company in cases of unsatisfactory service.

8. Privacy Policy

9. Governing Law
