How much does junk removal cost?
It depends on the job. Junk removal and cleanouts are priced by volume, based on how much space your items fill in the truck (a quarter, half, or full load), while demolition and larger projects get a flat, all-in quote. Access, disposal fees, and material type factor in too, which is why a few photos let us quote accurately. Scrap metal and appliances can even cost less, since their recycling value offsets part of the price. Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. We confirm the final price before work begins, so there are no surprises and no hidden fees. Before we leave, we walk through the completed work with you, and if something within the agreed scope was missed, we make it right before the job is considered complete.
Do you do demolition?
Yes. Demolition is one of our four pillars: interior tear-outs such as walls, kitchens, and bathrooms, plus sheds, decks, fences, and garages. We clear away the debris, too.
