Terms & Conditions

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Clearout Crew Ltd. website and any estimates or services provided by us. By using this website or requesting our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

Clearout Crew Ltd. provides demolition, property clearing, junk removal, and scrap metal recycling services throughout Calgary and surrounding communities in Alberta. The specific work we perform for you is always confirmed in your estimate before any job begins.

3. Estimates and pricing

  • Estimates are free and based on the information and photos you give us. Photos you text or send help us prepare an accurate quote.
  • Final pricing may change if the actual job is significantly different from what was described — for example, additional items, limited access, hidden debris, or materials not previously disclosed. We'll always discuss and confirm any change with you before we continue.

4. Payment and deposits

Most jobs are paid on completion. For larger projects we may request a deposit, and if we do, we'll always confirm the amount with you as part of your written estimate, before any work begins.

We accept cash, Interac e-transfer, credit and debit cards, and business cheques.

5. Scheduling and cancellations

We will confirm scheduling with you directly. If you need to reschedule or cancel, just let us know as early as you can. We understand plans change, and we'll do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the items or work.
  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property and the items to be removed.
  • Confirm you have the authority to request removal or demolition of the items or structures involved.
  • Identify any hazardous materials in advance; some materials are restricted by law and may not be accepted.

7. Permits and approvals

Where a job requires permits or approvals (for example, certain demolition work), responsibility for obtaining them will be confirmed as part of your estimate.

8. Website content

The information on this website is provided as general guidance. While we work hard to keep it accurate and up to date, it shouldn't be considered a binding quote or guarantee — your written estimate always takes precedence. See our Disclaimer.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Clearout Crew Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada.
