How to Prepare for Your Pickup
A few small things make pickup day quick and smooth. Here is how to get ready. And do not worry about the heavy lifting, that part is on us.

A Few Things That Help
Point Out What Goes
Set aside or mark anything you want to keep, so nothing leaves by mistake. If it is easier, just show us on the day.
Clear a Path
A clear route from the items to the door helps us work quickly and safely. Unlock any gates or doors we will need.
Leave Room to Park
A spot in the driveway or on the street near the door lets us load fast. On a busy street, a parking permit may be needed.
Sort Out Access
For a condo, apartment, or gated community, arrange buzz-in access and book the elevator or loading dock if there is one.
Pets & Little Ones
For everyone's safety, keep pets and children clear of the work area while we carry and load.
Keep Valuables Separate
Set aside documents, keys, medication, and valuables so they stay with you and never end up on the truck.
The heavy part
Leave the Lifting to Us
You do not need to drag anything to the curb, take furniture apart, or move heavy items ahead of time. Point to what is going and we do the rest: the carrying, the loading, and the cleanup. If something is buried, awkward, or upstairs, that is exactly what we are there for.
Before the day
Common Questions
Do I need to move things to the curb?
No. We carry everything out from wherever it is, inside or out. You do not need to move a thing.
Do I have to be there the whole time?
It helps if you can point out what is going and let us in, but you do not have to stay for the whole job. We can work out access when you book.
What if I am not home?
We can often arrange access another way. Call or text 587-330-5500 and we will sort it out.
Do I need to take anything apart?
No. We handle disassembly, from bed frames to sheds. Leave it to us.
