How a Cleanout Is Priced
Cleanouts are usually priced by volume, based on how much space your items fill in the truck: a quarter, half, or full load. You approve the price before we start.
What affects the price:
- How much there is to remove: the space it takes on the truck
- Sorting, donating, and recycling where we can
- Access and stairs, and how easy things are to reach
- Disposal and recycling fees for what is left
