Frequently Asked Questions
The hot tub still has water in it. Is that a problem?
No. We can handle a bit of leftover water. If it's full, draining it before we arrive speeds things up, but we'll sort it out either way.
It's on my deck or behind a fence. Can you still get it out?
Usually, yes. Most hot tubs have to be cut into sections to come out anyway, and we're set up for that. Send a photo of where it sits and we'll tell you what's involved.
Do you take the cover and old parts too?
Yes. The cover, the pump, and any loose parts go with it. Nothing gets left behind.
